We are pleased to offer bespoke courses in guiding skills for people
involved in the tourist and heritage sectors. We are particularly keen to
support the improvement of guiding in historic houses and other heritage
sites.

Caroline teaches the Westminster Guiding course at the University of
Westminster, and her relevant experience is described on the Courses
page.

Barbara has many years’ experience of managing and delivering
training, and of assessing skills, both in the NHS and in further
education. Until recently she worked as Head of Learning and
Development in a large London teaching hospital, delivering personal
and professional development programmes for staff. In addition to her
extensive experience in delivering training, Barbara holds qualifications
in Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice, in assessing and
verifying vocational qualifications and is a qualified performance coach.
